GURUPRAKASH IYER
CEO AND CO-FOUNDER
Guruprakash Iyer is Co-Founder & CEO of GNF International, a HR and Management Consulting Firm and Hermes Management Paradigms LLP, a Leadership and Academic Consulting Firm. He is also the National Vice President for Canada India Foundation, India.
Guru earned his MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development-SCMHRD, one of the best MBA colleges in the country today. He has had an illustrious corporate career with India’s leading business houses like Tata, Airtel and The Arvind Ltd which has enhanced his business acumen and people skills. His ability as a marketing professional to turn around nose diving markets into stable performing ones has earned him the distinction of being a turnaround specialist.
After an illustrious corporate career of 15 years across advertising, textiles and telecommunications, he forayed into setting up his own consulting firm. As a result of his strong background in managing large corporate teams, marketing proficiency and an in-depth understanding of the nuances of managerial practices and human nature, top management sleuths and businessmen often want him as their ‘Right Hand’ man.
He leads by example, living the foundational tenet of leadership that ‘To lead, you need to be led’. Australia’s renowned Leadership Coach, Peter Cox, mentor to some of the most resurgent businesses and sporting leaders has been his coach & mentor for the past 21 years. Guru has subjected himself to Peter's strong and most effective leadership style and has imbibed Peter's FLITU principles of Family, Loyalty, Integrity, Trust and Unity, into his own philosophy of Life. His thirst for leadership learnings has taken him to world renowned leadership coaches and authors in the likes of John Maxwell and Robert T Kiyosaki.
His organization’s client roasters include the likes of The Adani Group, Exide Group, Maruti, Shivalik Group, Gujarat Chambers of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU), Piramal Group and Aditya Birla Group to name a few. He is also an accomplished playback singer and in his free time one can often catch him humming to his favourite tunes of Kishore Kumar with his friends and family.

Fatima Iyer is Co-Founder & MD of GNF International, a HR and Management Consulting Firm and Hermes Management Paradigms LLP, a Leadership and Academic Consulting Firm. She is also the Director for Canada India Foundation, India.
Fatima comes from a business family with roots in Rajkot in the western Indian state of Gujarat. She blossomed into a sharp student and excelled enough to earn a Gold Medal in her MBA in Marketing coupled by a rank-holding position and a double masters with a MA (Economics) from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda. She launched her career with teaching economics at the prestigious St. Xavier’s college and then moved on to set up a boutique HR Solutions and Organizational Consulting firm. Her expertise has allowed her to work with the length and breadth of organisations from large corporates to ambitious start-ups in acquiring critical talent to run successful business operation. Her unique characteristic is the way she blends intuition with sound logic to bring order to chaos and connect the dots.
Her work in Management Consulting involves designing solutions in the areas of Employee Engagement Frameworks and Culture Change along with leadership and managerial development interventions. She supports organisations in translating their business objectives into talent strategies.
Fatima has worked for over 2 decades across sectors like Energy, Manufacturing, FMCG, Digital Technology, Infrastructure and Education to name a few. Her cutting edge experience enables her to address critical talent requirements with speed and accuracy in tandem with the changing human resource landscape.
A mother of two, she strides the corporate world with as much aplomb as the justice she does in bringing up her budding kids
